KALEIDOSCOPE inc. professionals know the issues related to using an outdoor setting and an experiential model for formal education, especially with regard to risk management, establishing fees, working with teachers and volunteers, blending the school and camp culture, marketing the programs and services, making the program financially viable, and designing site and facility resources.
These are specific projects that reflect these understandings:
Newfound Harbor Marine Institute at Seacamp, Big Pine Key, Florida
- Engages 10,000 students each year from Florida and across the United States in an exploration of the marine environments of the Florida Keys.
- Facilitated an on-going strategic planning process for more than a decade related to the development of a marketing plan, hurricane plan, master plan.

George Williams College, Aurora University, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
- Provides a wide variety of educational programs along with traditional conference services. Developed a land use plan identifying long range possibilities for the whole campus and a master plan for the main campus locating lodges which have now been constructed.

Heifer International, Little Rock, Arkansas
- Facilitated the development and writing of the Sponsor Handbook for the Learning Centers Expansion project.
- Assisted in the development of standardized systems, curriculum and criteria for Learning Center management and programming.

In an effort to create a more organized World Wide Web, the W3C has created many new Web layout standards. The key focus of their effort is to provide the best possible interoperability between the different browsing programs available.
In the days of the browser wars between Netscape and Microsoft, many hacks were propagated by the competing companies. However, today these hacks have done more to hurt the Web than to help the battling companies. By downloading and installing one of the programs listed above, the Web will be one step closer to eliminating these hacks and bugs.
